The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:


Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 8-24 hours after the order is placed.
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time: the time between when you place an order and when we ship it.


Shipping time: the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.

Processing time: 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.
Shipping time: 15-25 business days after shipping from our warehouses.

 

Notes:
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) Should your package not arrive within 21 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
5) We're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so processing orders may be delayed.

However now we are so sorry that shipping delays have been inevitable during the epidemic. Due to the suspension of most international airlines and the long customs clearance process, the delivery time of your package will be longer than expected.

In the difficult air transportation conditions, we are still trying our best to find reliable airlines for our customers, contact the local customs to shorten clearance time. Please give us some more time.
